Clapping for Jesus is not doctrinal. To honor God we lift up holy hands - Clergyman Abel Damina says (video)

Abel Damina, a Nigerian pastor, has stated that clapping for Jesus is not doctrinal.

Pastor Damina was seen telling his church members in a video that is currently making the rounds on social media that clapping in the bible is for mockery.

“Who are you clapping for? How can you clap for Jesus. You clap for your Jesus, you clap for yourself, you clap for your Uncle, you clap for your president….are they mates? “he said

According to him, the only way to honor God is by ”lifting up holy hands.”
