The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Hon. Musa Avia Aggah was declared to have been unjustly elected on Friday, September 2, according to the National and States Assembly Election Petition Trial Tribunal, which is located in High Court 4, Jos.
The court rejected the PDP’s nomination of Hon. Agah for the bye election held on February 26, 2022.
The court also held that Agah did not score the highest valid votes in the election.
