Singer Davido and Olamide Condole Wizkid Following Mom’s Demise

Prominent  Nigerian musicians, Davido, and Olamide, have sympathized with their colleague, Wizkid, over the death of his mother.

It was reported earlier that Wizkid’s mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun died on Friday, 18th of August 2023.

Taking to their Twitter pages to console the ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner, Davido said he would heal with time. Also, Olamide mentioned that he was offering prayers for the self-acclaimed ‘starboy.’

OBO wrote, “Praying for you my brother @wizkidayo. Sadness flies away on the wings of time.”

Olamide tweeted, “Prayers up for wiz 🙏🏾”

The news of the death of Wizkid’s mother took over social media after it was confirmed that she passed away.
